Bulldogs Golf Wins Senior Day Battle

The young Bulldog golf team only has one senior, but that senior, Chancen Jordan, seems like he has been playing for much longer than his 4 years. The Missouri Western signee is no stranger to the course or to State Competition, he will leave behind a storied career, but he isn’t finished yet.
We will be sitting down with Coach Nixon and Chancen Jordan on Monday May 4th on Inside the Huddle.
The Senior Day competition against Waynesville was cut short due to weather. Because they could not complete the 18 full holes, the match then was reduced to a 9 hole match based uoon the holes that everyone had played.
As a team, the Bulldogs shot a 9-hole 140 compared to Waynesville's 199.
Jordan, at the time of stoppage, was shooting 1 under at Oak Meadow through 12.
The final scoring for the Bulldogs using the common 9 holes were:

Coach Nixon wanted to thank Steve Zap, Joanne Hayhurst Zap, Tony Froehlich, American Family, Price Chopper, Jennifer Bahr, Chad Green, and Kristy Giacomelli for making the day possible.
