May 7th, 2026
The Rolla Bulldogs Baseball Senior Night was held between the Varsity and the Junior Varsity Games. Both the Varsity and Junior Varsity teams recorded victories against the Camdenton Lakers.
Coach Hohe compiled memories shared by the managers and players and added his own twist to expand on those memories as well as share his own thoughts on the senior. Below are those moments.
Carter Reeves - Manager

RHS Activities: Baseball - 4 Years (2 as a Player & 2 as a Manager); Football - 4 Years; Marching Band - 4 Years; Pep Band - 4 Years
Post-High School Plans: Carter will attend Missouri Valley College to get his criminal justice degree and continue his football career as a Viking.
Favorite Memory: Carter’s favorite memory is hitting a Home Run at West Plains and stopping at Andy’s Frozen Custard after road games.
Coach Hohe’s Favorite Game: “Coach Hohe’s favorite game of Carter’s is not from baseball, but from football. The game was Rolla vs Miller Career Academy, and on a bad snap while punting, Carter picked up the ball, ran around the left end and destroyed a defender trying to make a tackle. Toughest punter in Missouri!”
Alex Roberts - Manager

RHS Activities: Baseball Manager - 1 Year; Soccer - 4 Years; Varsity Soccer Captain - 1 Year; NHS - 1 Year; Ping Pong Club - 1 Year; NAHS - 1 Year
Post-High School Plans: Alex plans on attending Missouri S&T this fall pursuing a degree in Business & Management Systems with a Minor in Information Science & Technology.
Favorite Memory: Alex does not have one specific memory that stands out, but he enjoys hanging out with the team and making memories just like he did during soccer.
Coach Hohe’s Favorite Game: “My favorite part of having Alex on the team is how he has embraced every part of his job: keeping GameChanger, hitting fungos, catching during practice or pre-game, he has truly embraced being a manager.”
# 1 Landen Richter

Bats: Left Throws: Right Positions: C, 2B, SS, P
RHS Activities: Baseball -2 Years; Basketball - 2 Years
Post-High School Plans: Landen is going to continue his baseball career as a Grizzly at Missouri State - West Plains Junior College
Favorite Memory: Beating Lafayette in the opening round of districts his Junior year, 10-4. Being the underdog and dominating them will be a lasting memory.
Landen’s individual memory comes from a few weeks ago when he hit his first high school home run against Lebanon. The homer gave the Bulldogs a 2-0 lead in a game they eventually won 11-0. Landen was not finished with his homer, as he also had a 2-run single and played flawlessly behind the plate.
Coach Hohe’s Favorite Game: “My favorite game for Landen came earlier this season at home against Class 3 Top 5, Licking. The game was a late addition to the schedule due to weather. Licking jumped out to an early lead and we had to battle back. In a tight game we needed someone to take the reins and be the leader.
Landen went 4 for 4 with a double, 2 runs, 2 RBIs and a stolen base. He played flawless baseball on defense at second base and showcased his abilities offensively with a little bit of power, a little bit of speed and a whole lot of hustle. Without Landen we do not defeat Licking 10-9 and hand them their first loss of the season.”
# 2 Jenson Thomas

Bats: Right Throws: Right Positions: P, SS
RHS Activities: Baseball - 4 Years; Basketball - 4 Years; NHS - 1 Year
Post-High School Plans: Jenson is going to continue his baseball career as a pitcher
at Angelo State in Texas.
Favorite Memory: Jenson’s favorite team memory is being “held hostage” at Perkins Restaurant in Jefferson City. (In Coach Hohe’s defense had he known they only had 1 cook, 1 server, and the manager he would have chosen a different restaurant.) His favorite individual memory comes from this season when he delivered a perfect game against Capital City. He struck out 11 in the contest, which Rolla won 9-0. Jenson also went 2 for 4 with a double and 3 RBIs. As far as Coach Hohe can tell, this was the 1st and only Perfect Game in Rolla History.
Coach Hohe’s Favorite Game: “My favorite game for Jenson came last year. As a heavy underdog, Rolla played Lafayette in the first round of districts. Lafayette was the defending Class 6 State Runner-Up and was projected by many to return to the Final Four.
Jenson tossed a 5 2/3-inning masterpiece allowing 2 earned runs while striking out 5 in a 10-4 Rolla Victory. He also went 1-3 with a walk and a run at the plate.
The ultimate sign of respect was when we figured out that the Lafayette batters were taking pitches until they had 2 strikes in order to build up his pitch count in an attempt to get him out of the game. To take a strike is not unheard of or out of the ordinary, but to take until 2 strikes shows just how dominant he was on the mound.”
# 3 Riker Snodgrass

Bats: Right Throws: Right Positions: 3B, P
RHS Activities: Baseball - 4 Years; A+ Cadet Teaching - 1 Year; NAHS - 1 Year
Post-High School Plans: Riker will continue his baseball career as a Blue Boy at
Illinois College.
Favorite Memory: Riker’s favorite memory is being the underdogs and beating Lafayette in the 1st round of districts in convincing style, 10-4. His individual favorite moment also comes from the Lafayette game when he doubled in the 5th inning to give Rolla the lead which they never gave up.
Coach Hohe’s Favorite Game: “My favorite game for Riker came early in the 2026 season. After going 1-1 at Rock Bridge to start the year, we traveled to Owensville to take on the Dutchmen. Riker provided a ton of offense and displayed what he could do when the opportunity to do damage arises. Riker went 4 for 4 with a run, 2 doubles, and 4 RBI. Providing length and pop to our lineup has really helped all season and the Owensville game, a 13-3 Victory, was just the beginning of what has become a tremendous senior season for Riker.”
# 9 Colton Petersmith

Bats: Left Throws: Left Positions: CF, P
RHS Activities: Baseball - 4 Years; Football - 4 Years; Basketball - 2 Years; NAHS - 1 Year; Leadership - 1 Year; Speech & Debate - 1 Year
Post-High School Plans: Colton will continue his baseball career as an outfielder at the University of Nebraska.
Favorite Memory: Colton’s favorite memory is their victory over Lafayette in the 1st Round of the 2025 Class 6 Districts, 10-4. His favorite individual memory comes from the Union game as a Sophomore. Down 4-2 in the 6th, Colton delivered a 2- strike double to tie the game. While they eventually lost 5-4 in 10 innings covering 6+ hours, the energy after his tying hit was electric.
Coach Hohe’s Favorite Game: “My favorite game for Colton came this season Jefferson City High School. Jeff City has been a place where traditionally we do not play well. JC has dominated us for the most part at their place, so going there on a Friday night for a win can be a tough ask.
All Colton did was showcase most of his skills in one game. He pitched 6+ innings allowing 1 unearned Run, 0 Hits, & struck out 7. Offensively he went 2 for 4 with a walk, 3 runs, 3 stolen bases, 2 RBI, & a mammoth homer to Right.
He dominated the game from the beginning with a lead off walk, a Stolen Base, and drew an error while tagging up to go to 3rd leading to the first run of the game. He then threw 6 innings of no-hit ball and finished the game hitting the homer.
The 8-1 Victory was total domination in all aspects. This game highlighted so much of his career, except his defensive abilities. As fast as he is, even he cannot catch flyballs in deep right center from the mound.”
# 10 Ruger Covey

Bats: Left Throws: Left Positions: 1B, LF, CF. P
RHS Activities: Baseball - 4 Years; Soccer - 2 Years; Cross Country - 2 Years; Basketball - 1 Year; Ping Pong Club - 1 Year; Leadership - 1 Year; NHS - 1 Year
Post-High School Plans: Ruger will continue his baseball career as a Grizzly at Missouri State - West Plains Junior College.
Favorite Memory: Ruger’s favorite memory comes from his Junior season. He will always remember the 10-4 victory over Lafayette. As a team first guy, Ruger loved how well his teammates played and the energy we had that day. An individual memory would be his bases clearing triple (little league grand slam) to give us a 10-8 victory over Marshfield this season.
Coach Hohe’s Favorite Game: “My favorite game for Ruger came this season in the Washington Bank Tournament. Ruger was the starting pitcher against St. Joe Lafayette. They were very vocal, very fierce, and Ruger matched them step for step.
Ruger was a true Bulldog in the game. When St. Joe Lafayette took the intensity to the next level, Ruger not only matched them, but exceeded them. He pitched a complete game 5-Inning Victory allowing 2 Hits, 2 Runs (both unearned), while striking out 6.
From an offensive standpoint, Ruger went 2 for 3 with 4 RBI. He was our unquestioned leader both on the mound and at the plate. The 12-2 Victory gave us a 5-game winning streak (the longest streak since 2018) and put us in position to be in the Championship Bracket for the Tournament.”
# 22 Logan Jenkins

Bats: Left Throws: Right Positions: 1B, P
RHS Activities: Baseball - 4 Years; FFA - 4 Years; Trap-Shooting - 4 Years
Post-High School Plans: Logan plans on starting his career in the HVAC Industry with White Mechanical here in Rolla, Missouri.
Favorite Memory: Logan’s favorite memory came from his Junior year at the Washington Bank Tournament. Against St. Joe Lafayette Logan, Colton, Riker, & Jenson all hit homers. We won the game 13-3 but more importantly it was a team effort as we hit throughout the lineup.
Coach Hohe’s Favorite Game: “My favorite game for Logan came this season during the Central (Springfield) game. I could have picked a game where Logan homered, like our 20-5 victory over Licking or his 1st save of the season over Republic 4-3, but I chose a memory more of sentimental value than anything.
While the game was a huge win for the team, 15-0 in 3 innings, for the first time in my career I was able to have two brothers pitch the entire game. Logan started the game, and his younger brother Ty finished it.
Baseball is so often a family tradition I could not allow this opportunity to pass by. Hopefully when these two are debating who was the better player in 2 decades, they will remember in this game they both pitched us to a Victory.”
# 23 Landon Brown

Bats: Right Throws: Right Positions: P
RHS Activities: Baseball - 4 Years; Skills USA (Wood Manufacturing) - 1 Year
Post-High School Plans: Landon plans to attend Union 4 Elevator Mechanics in Dallas, Texas.
Favorite Memory: Landon’s favorite memory is the Gateway Legacy game from his Junior year. Despite the 6-5 loss, Landon loved the atmosphere, the back and forth banter and of course leaving school early. Landon’s favorite individual moment came his junior year when he threw a 5-inning complete game shutout with 5 strikeouts in a 10-0 victory over Warrensburg. While it wasn’t his 1st start, it was his 1st career victory.
Coach Hohe’s Favorite Game: “My favorite game for Landon came this season in the Pacific game. While Landon has been a very versatile pitcher (starting, long relieving, fireman putting out danger in the middle innings, and closing out games), I think the Pacific game best exemplifies his abilities.
Landon got his first start of his senior year and was awesome. Pacific is a quality program who has produced some excellent baseball players. Landon stepped on the mound in the bottom of the 1st and produced a high quality outing. He pitched 4 innings, giving up 1 unearned run, only 3 hits, & struck out 2. We went on to win the game 8-1 giving Landon his first victory of his senior season.”
# 27 Jack Mrozowicz

Bats: Right Throws: Right Positions: RF, P
RHS Activities: Baseball - 4 Years; Football - 4 Years; Wrestling - 4 Years; NHS - 2 Years; & Leadership - 1 Year
Post-High School Plans: Jack is going to continue both his football career and his baseball career next year as a Miner at Missouri S&T.
Favorite Memory: Jack’s favorite memory comes from his sophomore year when the entire varsity team bleached their hair blonde for districts. Jack’s individual memory comes in our season ending defeat (7-5 in the 2nd round of districts) in 2025. With a runner at 2nd base, Jack caught a deep flyball in right and threw the player out trying to advance to 3rd by 20 feet. The throw was amazing & gave us some new life.
Coach Hohe’s Favorite Game: “My favorite game for Jack came earlier this season against Marshfield. In a back and forth contest with one of the best teams from Southwest Missouri, Jack was the X-Factor in our 10-8 victory.
Jack was able to do it both on offense (going 2 for 4 with a run, a stolen base, & 2 RBI) and on the mound - 2 innings pitched, 0 runs, 2 strikeouts and his 1st Career Victory. Jack is a true difference maker for us with his power-speed combo on offense and his electric arm on defense and the mound.”
